Q: What license options do you offer?
A: myDBR is available as a free Community version and as a paid and supported Premium version.
Q: Is the myDBR Community version really free? Will it stay free?
A: Yes.
Q: Community version has 1 month license. Can I renew it?
A: Yes. You can renew it as many times as you like.
Q: Why do I need to have a license for Community version? Why do I have to renew it?
A: In order for us to offer the free version, we need to minimize the cost of the support. Supporting old versions is something we cannot do if you have a free version. License system ensures that users are informed about new versions.
Q: Why would I choose the Premium version?
A: With Premium version you will get 12 month subscription license as in Community version you will get license for a month at a time. With Premium version you will also get:
- Direct email-support
- ChartDirector license for full image based charts
- Ability to send a report via email
- Full customization options for user interface
- Single Sign-On capability
- URL access to full reports and individual image reports
- No more "Update to Premium" banners
- More features are included into Premium version
