  • e-mail: Please enter a valid e-mail address to which your license should be delivered
  • Host: The name of the server where myDBR is used, if you are using non standard ports, also add the port number. e.g. www.myhost.com, localhost:8080.
  • Usage & Comments: Kindly let us know what you are using myDBR for, this information will help us move the development of myDBR in the right direction
