    Hi,
we are happy to annonce the PHP 5.3 support is now available for myDBR. An issue with ionCube loaders was holding us back, but the issue has now been resolved, thanks to ionCube staff.

The updated loaders are available from ionCube download page at http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php. You need at least version 3.3.12 for PHP 5.3 support.

I tried the php 5.3 compatible loader for windows about a month ago and I couldn't get it to work. Is that the issue that was holding you guys back? I think either way im sticking with php 5.2.x until I migrate from windows to linux this summer. Are there any plans for supporting PHP 6 at the moment? I was thinking of putting 6 on that new server.

The first working 5.3 compatible version of ionCube was 3.3.12. Versions prior to that had problems in exception handling on 64-bit machines. Issues have been solved since.

As for PHP 6 support, lets see what the next PHP version will be. We will anyways keep myDBR up to date.
